30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused or only minimally used
  • In a condition that allows it to be resold
  • In its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our team will provide you with the exact return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@eluraskin.co so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

If you are unsure about your item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please:

  1. Return your original product (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order

Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

However:

  • Orders processed through a subscription are not eligible for refunds, as they are fulfilled immediately upon billing
  • Cancelling your subscription will stop future charges only, not orders already processed

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without justification.

Returned items must still meet our return conditions (resellable condition, original packaging, etc.).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
